Read before you pay

What you receive

For each ¥100 payment, you receive one Founding Bell Entry record. That is all you receive. The Entry has no resale value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any future Mission Fund allocation — if any is committed in any cycle — is committed only after eligibility review (identity, Mission, AML, legal, fund availability) and is not guaranteed by participation, by selection, or by appearance on any public list. Mission Funds, when allocated, are operated by the Operator to produce and execute the King's Mission; they are not paid to the King as personal income.

100円の決済1回につき、1件の Founding Bell Entry 記録を受領します。それ以上のものは受領しません。Entry には換金価値がなく、譲渡・現金化はできません。Mission Fund の配分が行われるとしても、本人確認・Mission 確認・AML・法令適合性・Mission Fund 残高の審査をすべて通過した場合に限り、運営者の判断により行われます。参加・選出・公開一覧への掲載自体は、Mission Fund 配分の権利を意味しません。配分された Mission Fund は、King の Mission を制作・実行するため運営者が運用します。King 個人への現金譲渡ではありません。

Founding Bell is the opening cycle

The Founding Bell is an opening cycle. Some verification tools, public records, and automated functions described elsewhere on this site are part of the planned full system and may not be active during the Founding Bell. We will publish the actual cycle data, verification records, and any Mission Fund allocation records as the operation matures.

Founding Bell は初回公開サイクルです。サイト上に記載された一部の機能(検証ツール、公開記録、自動機能等)は完全版システムの予定機能であり、Founding Bell 期間中は稼働しない場合があります。実際のサイクルデータ、検証記録、Mission Fund 配分記録は、運用の進捗に応じて順次公開します。

What this is not

KINGMAKER 23:23 is not a lottery, not a sweepstake, not a gambling product, not a securities offering, not a crypto-asset, not a stored-value or prepaid-payment instrument, and not an investment product. Participation does not constitute an investment in the operator (Tiger.J.Bob) or any other entity. Bell Entry confers no ownership, voting power, dividend, or claim on operator assets.

KINGMAKER 23:23 は、富くじ・抽選・賭博・有価証券・暗号資産・前払式支払手段・電子マネー・投資商品ではありません。参加は、運営者（Tiger.J.Bob）その他いかなる事業体に対する投資にもあたりません。Bell Entry には所有権、議決権、配当、運営者資産に対する請求権は一切伴いません。

Geographic limitation

For the Founding Bell, the Service is offered only to participants located in Japan. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted while per-country legal review is completed. We do not solicit participation outside Japan during this period.

Founding Bell 期間中、本サービスは日本国内からの参加者のみを対象とします。他国からのアクセスは、各国の法務確認完了まで制限される場合があります。本期間中、当社は日本国外への参加勧誘は行いません。

Taxes

Any Mission Fund allocation, where it has tax consequence in the recipient's jurisdiction (as production support, income, or grant per local law), may be subject to tax. Recipients are responsible for understanding and meeting their tax obligations. The Operator does not provide tax advice.

Mission Fund 配分が受領者の管轄地において課税対象となる可能性があります(現地法上の制作支援、所得、助成等の扱いに応じて)。受領者は自身の税務上の義務を理解し履行する責任を負います。運営者は税務助言を行いません。

Do not participate if

Do not participate if you cannot afford to permanently part with ¥100, if you are under 18, if you believe Bell Entry is an investment or has resale value, if you intend to use stolen payment instruments, or if you intend to submit false identity or false Mission claims.

100円を支払ってそのまま戻らないことを受け入れられない方、18歳未満の方、Bell Entry を投資・換金可能なものと誤解している方、不正な決済手段を用いる方、虚偽の身元・虚偽の Mission 申告を行う方は参加しないでください。
