Schedule

Each KINGMAKER cycle follows the weekly rhythm below. Every gate of the cycle opens or closes at 23:23 JST — the Hour of the Rat (子の刻 · ne no koku), the hour when, in the Japanese seasonal time system, the bell at the temple was struck nine times (九つ · kokonotsu) to mark midnight and the beginning of a new day from stillness. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday are rest days; no Bell activity occurs on those days.

• Wednesday 23:23 JST — Bell opens. Mission Entry receipt begins.
• 23:23 JST (Bell rings) — Receipt closes. Bell rings.
• 23:23 JST (Bell rings) — Bell closes. Public Seed is finalized; The Three are derived.
• Saturday 23:23 JST — The Three are announced on /verify.

各 KINGMAKER サイクルは下記の週次リズムで運営されます。全ての関門は 23:23 JST に開閉します — これは 子の刻(ね の こく)、日本の旧時刻制度において、お寺の鐘が真夜中に 九つ(ここのつ)鳴らされ、静寂から新しい一日が始まる時刻です。日曜・月曜・火曜は休息日であり、Bell の動きはありません。

• 水曜 23:23 JST — Bell 開門。Mission Entry 受付開始。
• 金曜 23:23 JST — 受付締切と同時に Bell が鳴る。5分間ウィンドウ。
• 金曜 23:28 JST — Bell 閉幕。Public Seed が確定し、The Three が導出されます。
• 土曜 23:23 JST — /verify にて The Three を公開。

Entry

One payment of ¥100 creates one Founding Bell Entry record. Multiple payments create multiple Entry records.

100円の決済により、1件の Founding Bell Entry 記録が作成されます。複数回決済すれば複数の Entry 記録が作成されます。

What Bell Entry is — and is not

Bell Entry is a participation record. It is not currency, not crypto, not prepaid payment instrument, not stored value, not points, not security, not investment product. It cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or cashed except where required by law.

Bell Entry は参加記録であり、通貨・暗号資産・前払式支払手段・電子マネー・ポイント・有価証券・投資商品ではありません。譲渡、交換、売買、換金はできません(法令上必要な場合を除く)。

Mission Entry

The Mission Entry form combines payment and submission in a single step. Each ¥100 payment permits one Mission Entry. Mission text, country, and email address are required. A receipt is issued immediately as KM-YYYYMMDD-NNNN.

Mission Entry フォームは、決済と Mission 提出を1つのステップで完結します。¥100 の支払いごとに Mission Entry を1回提出できます。Mission 内容、国名、メールアドレスの入力が必要です。受付番号(KM-YYYYMMDD-NNNN)が即時発行されます。

Verification

Card payment, email, timestamp, and entry data are used to verify each participation record. Square processes the card transaction; KINGMAKER stores the Square payment ID for traceability. Records that fail card authorization are not registered.

参加記録の照合は、カード決済、メールアドレス、決済時刻、Entry 情報に基づき行います。Square がカード取引を処理し、KINGMAKER は Square 決済 ID をトレーサビリティのため記録します。カード認証が失敗した場合、エントリーは登録されません。

Selection

Once an opening cycle closes, candidates may be selected from verified Mission Entries through the published method. Selection or appearance on any list does not by itself entitle a participant to Mission Fund allocation.

サイクル締切後、検証済み Mission Entry の中から公開された方法で候補者(Candidate)が選定される場合があります。選定または一覧表示自体は、Mission Fund 配分の権利を意味しません。

Mission Fund Review

Mission Fund allocation is not automatic. Any allocation requires identity verification (KYC), Mission verification, AML review, legal compliance review, and Mission Fund (Grant Fund) availability. The Operator may decline, reduce, or postpone allocation based on these reviews. No allocation is guaranteed in any cycle. Allocated funds are used by the Operator to produce, execute, document, and report the King's Mission; they are not transferred to the King as personal income.

Mission Fund の配分は自動ではありません。本人確認(KYC)、Mission 内容確認、AML 審査、法令適合性審査、Mission Fund(Grant Fund)残高確認のすべてを経て、運営者の判断により行われる場合があります。これらの審査結果に応じ、運営者は配分を拒否・減額・延期できます。いかなるサイクルにおいても配分は保証されません。配分された資金は、運営者が King の Mission を制作・実行・記録・報告するために用いられ、King 個人への現金譲渡ではありません。

Opening Cycle Treatment

The Founding Bell cycle is the initial public opening cycle. Verification tools, public records, and certain automated features may be released progressively. Some functionality described elsewhere on this site is part of the planned full system and may not be active during the Founding Bell.

Founding Bell は初回公開サイクルです。検証ツール、公開記録、一部の自動機能は段階的に公開されます。本サイト内に記載された一部の機能は完全版システムの予定機能であり、Founding Bell 期間中は稼働しない場合があります。

Cancellation

The Operator may suspend, postpone, modify, or cancel the cycle when legal, regulatory, payment, security, or operational issues arise. Where a cycle is cancelled by the Operator, payments will be refunded.

法務・規制・決済・セキュリティ・運営上の問題が生じた場合、運営者はサイクルを停止・延期・修正・中止できます。運営者の判断でサイクルが中止された場合、ご決済は返金いたします。

Geographic Scope

For the Founding Bell, the Service is offered to participants located in Japan. Access from outside Japan may be restricted pending per-jurisdiction legal review.

Founding Bell 期間中、本サービスは日本国内の参加者向けに提供されます。各国の法務確認が完了するまで、国外からのアクセスは制限される場合があります。
