← KINGMAKER
— Document · Money Logic · v1.0 · Final —

Your Coin does not become cash.
Your Coin becomes a voice.

Voices create Kings. Each King — the Mission Holder of that cycle — directs a public Mission Fund that produces and executes the Mission. Every yen flows through one rule, one ledger, one Bell.

— § 0 · One sentence for the world —

The platform, in twelve words.

Your Coin is a voice. Voices create Kings.
Each King's Mission is publicly funded and produced.

This is the sentence the platform is built to defend, and the sentence regulators, payment processors, app stores, lawyers, accountants, and banks can be handed in one breath. Everything below is its proof.

— § 1 · The user's money —

¥100 once. 100 Coin forever.

Every member begins identically. There is no premium tier, no whale path, no bundle for the wealthy. The first transaction is the same for everyone on Earth.

Initial Purchase
¥100 (one time, optional repeat)
Coin Granted
100 Coin
Coin Value
1 Coin = 1 Vote · No cash value · Never redeemable
Weekly Spend
10 Coin per Bell (cast on one of The Three)
Coin Lifetime
Permanent. Never expires. Even ¥100 buys ten weeks of voice — and that voice persists if held.
Transferability
None. Coin cannot be sold, gifted, or moved between accounts.
— Why permanent —

The platform protects the smallest voice — the person who can only ever afford the first ¥100. Their Coin must outlive their poverty.

— § 2 · Coin is not currency —

Coin cannot be cashed.

Coin

Cash Conversion
Forbidden
Resale
Forbidden
Peer Transfer
Forbidden
Withdrawal
Forbidden
Exchange Rate
None — Coin has no monetary equivalence by design

Coin is a right, not a balance. This is why KINGMAKER is not a money-transmission business, not a securities issuer, not a gambling operator. The legal posture begins here.

— § 3 · The split —

Every ¥100 splits the same way.

¥100
— Member · One purchase —
→
¥60
Grant Fund · 60%
Escrow · public ledger · /fund
¥40
Revenue · 40%
Operations · payroll · tax

Operator profit is secured at the moment of purchase. The Fund is separated at the same instant. There is no commingling, no later "rebalancing," no opaque overhead deduction. The accounts are physically separate.

Revenue Account

Holds the 40%. Pays salaries, infrastructure, KYC, audit, legal, taxes on revenue. Standard corporate account, standard taxation.

Grant Account (Escrow)

For the Founding Bell opening, Grant Fund management is planned to be separated from operating revenue and held under a dedicated structure with public ledger. Until that structure and the eligibility review process are completed, Grant disbursement does not begin.

— § 3.5 · The Patron Path —

¥100 stays sacred. But the Crown welcomes Patrons.

One person, one entry, ¥100. The voice is equal. Money does not buy more votes — ever. That law does not move.

But some want to give more — not to win, but to lift the Pool itself. To stand behind the Crown. The Patron path is for them. Patron gifts add zero Coin and zero votes; every yen flows straight into the public Fund, on the same ledger as ¥100 entries, with the same transparency.

Patron gift amount
Any amount · one-time or recurring · separate from ¥100 entry
Coin granted
0 · always · forever
Vote weight
unchanged · 1 person = 1 voice
Where the money goes
100% to public Fund · same Escrow · same ledger
Public attribution (opt-in)
"Patron of the Crown" · listed at /fund · anonymity allowed
Refunds / Tax
Non-refundable · not a security · not a donation tax credit

Voices stay equal. The Pool grows. Patrons lift the Crown — not their own vote.
— § 4 · At scale —

10,000 members. 100,000. 1 million.

10,000 members
Total $6,345 → Grant $3,807 · Revenue $2,538
100,000 members
Total $63,452 → Grant $38,071 · Revenue $25,381
1,000,000 members
Total $634,518 → Grant $380,711 · Revenue $253,807
Per Bell, weekly
Grant accumulates across cycles until disbursed; unspent rolls over

The split never moves. As the platform grows, the Fund grows linearly. There is no inflection where the operator "wins more." The math is the same on day one and on day one million.

— § 5 · Mission Tiers —

Coin counts. Mission tiers.

Coin received by the King is not paid one-for-one. Coin determines a Mission Tier; the Tier determines the Mission Fund allocated to that King's Mission. This decouples the act of voting from any cash equivalence and removes the incentive to game raw counts.

Manual Review
— Royal tier —

A Royal-class Mission requires extraordinary verification: KYC enhancement, Mission re-audit, public-facing legal review. The platform does not commit nine-figure production budgets on automation alone.

— § 6 · Mission Fund Pool Cap —

If the Fund cannot reach the tier.

If the cycle's Mission Fund Pool is below the King's calculated Tier, the allocated Mission Fund equals the Pool. Never more. The platform does not borrow, advance, or fundraise to cover a shortfall. Transparency over generosity.

Calculated Tier
e.g., Gold → $63,452
Cycle Pool
e.g., $20,609 (insufficient)
Allocated Mission Fund
$20,609 — equal to the Pool. Capped.
Public Display
"This week's Mission Fund pool: $20,609" — visible at /fund before voting opens
Shortfall Roll-over
Future cycles continue contributing 60% to the same Fund

Voters see the Pool before they vote. The cap is not a surprise — it is the law, declared in advance.

— § 7 · /fund — public transparency —

The Fund is public. Always.

Fund

The operator cannot quietly grow or shrink the Fund. Every flow is published in real time at /fund. Below: the live snapshot of Cycle 1. (Cycle 1 has not yet rung — values shown will populate when the first Friday 23:23 JST passes.)

— § 8 · International production —

Global Missions. Local execution.

The Mission Fund is denominated in yen. When a King — the Mission Holder of that cycle — needs production costs paid abroad, the relevant portion is converted and settled in local currency at execution time. FX and transfer fees are absorbed within the Mission Fund allocation, not by the platform. This keeps Fund integrity exact and the public ledger consistent.

Mission Fund (allocated)
$6,345 (Silver tier)
FX + Transfer Fee
~ $127 (depends on corridor)
Net production budget
$6,218 equivalent in local currency
Visibility
Pre-execution quote shared with the Mission Holder for acknowledgement
— § 9 · If the King declines —

Roll over. The Bell rings again.

A King may decline to take the Mission Holder role — for personal, legal, or moral reasons. The Mission Fund returns to the public Fund. The Pool grows for the following cycle. Nothing is lost. Nothing leaves the system.

The same logic applies if a King fails Royal Duty (does not distribute the 10 free Coins within 7 days), fails the receipt audit, or is found to have committed fraud during candidacy. The Mission Fund returns. The crown is revoked. The next cycle is funded by the cancellation.

— § 10 · Taxes —

Each side carries its own.

Operator
Pays standard corporate income tax on the Revenue (40%) portion in its home jurisdiction.
Mission Fund
Held in escrow as restricted funds; not taxed as operator income.
King (Mission Holder)
Self-reports the Mission Fund allocation in their country of residence. Tax treatment varies by jurisdiction (production support, income, or grant per local law). Operator provides documentation; the King is responsible for filing.
Voter (member)
No tax event — Coin has no realizable cash value, ever.

The Terms of Service state this in plain text in twelve languages. No member, no King, can claim ignorance. The contract is the contract.

— § 11 · For the world —

One sentence is enough.

Your Coin does not become cash. Your Coin becomes a voice.
Voices create Kings. Each King — the Mission Holder of the cycle — directs a public Mission Fund that produces the Mission.

This sentence holds. To members, to payment processors, to Apple and Google, to lawyers, to accountants, to banks, to regulators, to journalists. It is the same sentence in every room.

Money Logic v1.0. Final. Until the world makes us write v2.0.

— § 12 · Now your voice —

Your Coin. Your voice.

The Founding Bell is currently open. 100 Bell · ¥100 — once per lifetime, transferable to no one.

Bell is participation record · not currency · not transferable · not refundable
